This picture is of George Wooton, former County Judge Executive of Leslie County and Dr. David Ditsch.  Judge Wooton was known throughout Leslie County to be extremely knowledgeable.  His gardens were first rate.  The picture below was taken when his corn crop was one of the very best in Eastern Kentucky.

In the photo below, David Edwards, Connie Sturgill  and biologists were meeting with local citizens to encourage and assist them to apply for various programs offered by the USDA.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is captured in the photo below.  This was when the Leslie County Conservation Office moved to their new location.  From left: Ron Gay, Vice-President, Monroe Combs, President, Tommy Roberts, Board Member, Vanda Saylor, Board Member, Brown Sizemore, Magistrate, Jimmy Sizemore, County Judge Executive, Connie Sizemore, Administrative Assistant, Connie Sturgill, Technician, Angela Muncy, Board Member and Frank Baker, Secretary/Treasurer.
